Display
The second-generation LTPOP 2.0 AMOLED display, which was created by Samsung and is one of the Realme GT2 Pro’s distinguishing characteristics, could be on pace with the top-tier flagships from 2021 and 2022. The screen’s energy efficiency is its main selling point; according to Realme, it uses less energy than previous OLED options by roughly 50%. Depending on the situation, it is also capable of incremental refresh rate increments and is extremely customizable. The panel is capable of producing anything between 1Hz and 120Hz.
Camera
The Realme GT2 Pro’s Dual 50MP camera configuration is comparable to that of the iQOO 9 Pro and the Oppo Find X5 Pro. But their optics are different.
The main camera is a Sony IMX766 50MP, 1/1.56″-sized camera with 1.0-m pixels.
The ultrawide camera is likely the star of the show here even though it is often secondary to the main camera.
One of the few cameras that has a 150-degree field of vision is this one. The third camera is a device known as a “Micro-lens camera,” which is basically a 3MP, f/3.0 camera that has been equipped with a lens that magnifies objects at the level of a microscope.
Performance & Memory
It also has better performance thanks to the powerful Snapdragon 855 processor. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC from Qualcomm, built on Samsung’s 4nm technology, is used in the Realme GT2 Pro. It has a three-cluster, octa-core CPU within. The main Cortex-X2 core operates at 3.0 GHz with assistance from 3x Cortex-A710 cores running at 2.5 GHz, as well as the third cluster of 4x Cortex-A510 running at 1.8 GHz for energy-saving duties. Graphically demanding tasks are handled by the Adren 730 GPU.
With non-expandable storage, the GT2 Pro offers either 8 or 12GB of RAM. While the 12GB version gives 256 or 512GB of storage, the 8GB variant only offers 128 or 256GB.
Rest of Specs
The GT2 Pro adds 5000 mAh to the battery of the original Realme GT 5G, and as you can guess, the overall endurance rating is substantially better. However, we believe that the more effective hardware—display and chipset—also deserves some of the credit. The web surfing score hasn’t changed much since the model from last year, however, movie playing runtimes and 3G call times have both increased. Additionally, standby receives a proper bump.
The battery is also improved, now lasting for up to two days without needing to be charged. Realme GT 2 Pro comes with a variety of accessories including a case, screen protector, and earphones. It is also available in four different colors: black, blue, gold, and pink.
